General info about the returns:

As we know, no one is perfect. We are human and humans make mistakes so it is possible that you have received a product that you are not fully satisfied of. In that case you have received for example broken product you have, of course, right to return the product.

Our policy towards the returns is, that when you get a product that you are not fully satisfied with, contact us and we will tell you how you should proceed with the issue. You can contact us by email or calling.

In case you have opened the package, call us or send email, so we will tell you how to pack the product and send it back to us. In case you contact us by email, you can attach a picture of your problem in your message - picture usually gives us valuable information and eases to solve the problem.

We take returns very serious and we try to learn from every single return. By acting this way we hope that we can avoid such problem in the future.

Typically you have 14 days after you have received the product to return it. You as a customer will pay for the return freight. In case time has already expired you can of course still contact us and tell about your problem - usually we find together the best solution.
